In May 2004, the first chase bottles were produced at out brand new £5 million bottling plant. It was opened by Olympic Medallist Sharon Davies, MBE.

Our plant is situated just outside Lichfield, Staffordshire beside our spring and Mineral boreholes.

Aqua Direct has two registered natural water sources fortunately sited in a highly protected catchment area in picturesque rural Staffordshire. The Elmhurst Spring and Maple Spring boreholes are sunk deep into Triassic sandstone aquifers 250 metres below ground, consistently ensuring the finest quality water with a unique mineral content and a refreshingly neutral taste.The two sources have recorded stability since the 1930's and yield a sustainable maximum output of 7 million litres each day, both sources meet the regulations and legislation for Natural Mineral and Spring Water.

Our Bottling Plant is accredited to BRC Grade A Status.
